Mrs. Carol June Daniel Hardage, 82 of 105 Bland Avenue, Thomaston, died September 23, 2012, in Brightmoor Hospice, in Griffin.

She was born in Upson County to the late Lucille Williams Daniel and the late Ernest William “Bill” Daniel. She graduated from R. E. Lee Institute in 1947 and Georgia Southwestern College in 1949. She was employed for many years by Perkins Freight Lines and Smith Transfer as Office Administrator. After retirement, she worked at Quad Graphics as a Switchboard Operator. Mrs. Hardage attended Grace Primitive Baptist Church.

A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012 at two o’clock p.m. in Southview Cemetery. Dr. Rex King will officiate. The family will receive friends at Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012 from 6-8 p.m.

Mrs. Hardage is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Danielle and Glenn Ward, of Molena,Ga.; son and daughter-in-law, David and Lynn Hardage, Sharpsburg, Ga.; sister and brother-in-law, Dianne and Roger Cotton, of Hoschton, Ga.; brother, William Ansel “Butch” Daniel, of Savannah; Ga.; a grandson, Jeremy Blount, of Thomaston and a special uncle, Millard N. Williams, of Townsend Ga.

Pasley-Fletcher Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
