Former Atlanta Braves first baseman Sid Bream visited The Rock Ranch Saturday. Bream, known for sliding safely into home plate to send the Braves to the 1992 World Series, spoke about his dedication to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and participated in a game of wiffle ball with members of the Gordon College Baseball team and other patrons who visited the ranch that day. Above Bream gives high fives to members of “Sid Sliders” after blasting a home run.
