Upson EMS Director Richard Lee shows (l-r) Charo Brown, Briana Lewis and Dre Web how to use a fiber-optic laryngoscope to look into someone’s throat while at the Career Expo at the high school last Thursday. The Career Expo was a collaboration between the Manufacturers Roundtable and the Thomaston-Upson School System to help give students an idea of the different careers available to them in their hometown. More than 20 businesses took part in the Expo. For more photos of the Career Expo, see Friday’s edition of The Thomaston Times.
