Mr. Roosevelt T. Stackhouse, age 80, who resided at 214 Avenue L in Thomaston, passed away on Thursday, September 13, 212 at his residence. The family may be contacted at his residence.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church. Rev. Jimmy Lyons is Pastor and Rev. Ricky Wright will officiate. Burial will follow in the Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Stackhouse is survived by two children: Stanley (Shirley) Stackhouse and Marcus B. Stackhouse, all of Thomaston, Ga.; four grandchildren: LaToya Stackhouse, Jason Middlebrooks, Stanley Bernard Stackhouse, and Martavius Leonoard, and one great-grandchild: Megan Stackhouse, all of Thomaston, Ga., and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him dearly.
