Meghan Leigh Foiles, 18, formerly with ties to Fayette, Troup, Upson and Lamar counties, passed away April 5, 2012 at her home in Austell, GA.
With her salvation, her assurance in Heaven is secure. Meghan never met a stranger, and made everyone feel special.
She is survived by her parents, Roland and Danna Foiles of Thomaston; birth-mother, Angela Downs of Austell; and a myriad of loving relatives and special friends.
