TOGETHER WE STAND AND DIVIDED WE FALL! SO WHAT ARE WE HERE IN THOMASTON? I thought that we learned growing up to trust GOD and understand his plan for our life. Then we were also told that we shouldn't judge people unless we are ready to be judged also in judgment. Why is it so hard for many people here in Thomaston to be judgmental against our 44th President of the UNITED STATES only because he is an African American? Now when I read these Letters to the Editor, its bad how we as adults tell our children to love all people no matter their color then you have adults being racist in the most public way. Give it a break because whether you voted for Maurice or President Elect Obama, we have to come together as a whole and make this nation and town better. Why break something that we all worked so hard to do after 9/11, which was come together as one to better this nation, the United States? We are here to better ourselves and children so let history run it course because you might learn something. Spend more time talking about God and less talking about others. I recall reading a statement that says: "GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD", He loves us all.
