Funeral services for Mrs. Bonnie Lee Griffin, 80, of Yatesville, were held Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2008, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors, with the Rev. Joey Seabolt officiating. Burial followed in Fairview Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Griffin died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2008.

Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Griffin was born in Hapeville, Ga., to the late Charles Randolph and Essie Almirah Jackson Stephenson. Mrs. Griffin loved going to church and helping people. She enjoyed writing poetry and working in her flower garden.

Survivors include her daughters, Linda (Floyd) Hunt of Yatesville and Elaine (Gary) Leonard of Williamson; sons, Leslie (Mary) Bragg of Zebulon, David (Jackie) Bragg of Amarillo, Texas, and Tim (Bonnie) Bragg of Thomaston; 21 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a brother, Russell (Nell) Stephenson of Florida.
