Each year the tree inside the Upson County Courthouse gets brighter and brighter with the help of local garden clubs. This year the tree was decorated by the Green Thumb Garden Club. At front are club members Ellene Cook and Debbie Gignilliat. Standing by the tree are club members Joanne Howell and Martha Ellerbee.
