Six out-of-town guests, who were in Thomaston for the Emancipation Celebration, were arrested by Narcotics Task Force Agents, Saturday, May 26.
The NTF released the information yesterday, June 12, after completing work on the case.
According to reports, an NTF agent stopped a vehicle at the Southside BP around 10:30 p.m. after smelling a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The agent was reportedly crossing the street on foot when the vehicle pulled into the gas station.
Six occupants in a Mercury Mountaineer were found to be in possession of 51 grams of marijuana of “hydro” quality, raising the street value from $250 to $500.
According to reports, the six suspects told agents they were in town for the celebration.
Cederic D. Ford, 26, from College Park, is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of ecstacy.
Irvin Bunkley, 46, from Butler, is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of crack cocaine.
Ragan Smith, 29, from Atlanta, is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
Dameon Pue, 25, from Atlanta, is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
Kenya Pue, 20, from Atlanta, is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
Glendora Jones, 29, from College Park, is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
