Emancipation
Residents upset over the recent Emancipation Proclamation Celebration will have their voice heard in a meeting July 27 at 7 p.m.
The location of the meeting was scheduled for the city-county meeting room. However, Upson County Commissioner Sandra Trice said the meeting will be held at the Civic Center.
