The second quarterly conference of the Salem Baptist Church will be held on Saturday, June 18, at 6 p.m., at

the Salem Baptist Church. All members are urged to attend. Dea. Willie Joe Raines - Chairman of the Board of Deacons; Sis. Willie C. Green - Secretary; Rev. Hope Smith - Pastor.

The Willing Workers of the Salem Baptist Church will be celebrating their 2nd quarter anniversary and birthday tea on Saturday, June 18, at 7:30 p.m., in the Fellowship Hall along with the Willing Workers anniversary. Rev. Ralph Searcy will be our guest speaker. Everyone is welcome. Dea. Abner Ivey, Sr. - President; Rev. Hope Smith - Pastor.

Everyone is invited to Orange Grove Baptist Church for Vacation Bible School, June 15 through 17, at 7 p.m. each evening. We are asking the kids to be there at 6 p.m., for lots of fun and games. Snacks will be served. All are welcome.

The Rocky Mount CME Church on Highway 19 North at McCorkle Curve Road in Thomaston, will have its annual revival Wednesday through Friday, June 15-17, beginning each night at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 15: Welcome Grove Baptist Church and Choir, Lincoln Park AME, Rising Star, Springfield, Pine Grove, Mt. Zion (Yatesville), Friendship, Mt. Olive CME, Logtown Bethel Ministry, Midway Baptist. Thursday, June 16: Shady Grove Baptist Church and Choir, Liberty Chapel, Cedar Grove, Midway CME, Mt. Zion (Delray), Greater Mt. Zion, Grays Chapel, Dumas Lodge, Henderson Temple. Friday, June 17: Mt. Nebo Baptist Church and Choir, Olive Grove, Fellowship, Spring Hill Community, Pine Chapel, Crystal Hill, Mary Lizzie, Macedonia, Salem, St. Marys AME. The evangelist for the week will be Rev. A. Davis, the pastor of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church, Meansville, and the New Hope Baptist Church in Talbotton. Rev. Milton Mays - Pastor.

Homecoming will be observed at the Rocky Mount CME Church on Sunday, June 19, at 2 p.m. Rev. William Hosley, pastor of Fellowship Baptist Church of Thomaston will be the speaker for this occasion. Rev. Milton Mays - Pastor.

Everyone is welcome to worship with the Salem Baptist Church family on Sunday, June 19, for Sunday School beginning at 10 a.m. Morning worship service begins at 11 a.m. The message will be brought by the pastor. Our continued prayers to the sick and shut-in: Ms. Mattie P. Griffin, Mrs. Willie M. Hammond, who has been a patient at Upson Regional Medical Center, and Mrs. Mary Lee Ivey, who has not been feeling her best. May God bless you all so you will be out and about again.
