Funeral services for Mr. Edward "Buck' Seay, 67, of Old Talbotton Road, were held Wednesday, May 8, 2005, at 11 a.m., at Cedar Grove A.M.E. Church, with the Rev. Leroy Britt officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Mr. Seay died Sunday, May 8, 2005, at his residence.

Trice Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Seay was a lifelong resident of Upson County.

Survivors include devoted nieces, Mrs. Betty (George) Lockhart, Ms. Mary Green, Mrs. Kayla (Gregory) Cooper and Miss Brandice Green, all of Thomaston; a brother, Mr. Walter James (Annie Kate) Seay Jr.; and sisters, Mrs. Jonnie Coggins of Griffin, Mrs. Winnie Drain, Mrs. Janie (Rev. Leroy) Britt and Mrs. Ida Little, all of Thomaston.
