Funeral services for Mr. Jesse Walker, 63, of San Diego, Calif., formerly of Upson and Pike counties, will be held Saturday, Feb. 12, 2005, at 11 a.m., at the Welcome Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. J.C. Walker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Walker died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2005, in San Diego.

Harper-Worthy Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his brothers, Leon Walker, Glenn (Annette) Walker of Alpharetta, Robert James Walker, John (Terry) Walker and Lloyd Walker, all of Griffin, Alexander Walker of Roswell and Arby Walker of Monticello; sisters, Mary Walker Mays of Griffin and Evangeline Walker of Zebulon.
