After-school program treat to dinner

The youth in the Triune Village after school program was treated to a delicious compli-

mentary dinner on Friday, Dec. 6, catered by Big B's Catering. They would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Bobby Searcy. May God bless and keep you, Mr. B.

Pastor Jimmy Lyons and the entire Friendship Family would like to extend a invitation to each of you to worship with us on Sunday, Dec. 15. Sunday school at 9:45, Morning Worship at 11 a.m. Come and see the good things that God is doing with us.

Bingo will be held today, Dec. 13 at 4 p.m. at Triune Village Community room.

We have special activities planned for the youth during Christmas holidays.

Please come help make the season brighter, with a night filled with laughter and fun.

In effort to raise funds for 2003 upcoming celebration The Emanicaption Committee will be having a Christmas Ball on Friday, Dec. 20, 2002, at the American Legion Post 52. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. For ticket information, please contact Mrs. Shirlene Jordan at 706-647-5779 or any member of the Committee. Your presence and support will be greatly appreciated.

The ladies of the Royal Social and Savings Club will met on Monday, Dec. 16 at 5 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Emily Bedell.

The members of the Queen Travel Club would like to say thanks to everyone who traveled with us on Saturday, Dec. 7 to the world's largest Flea Market. Mrs. Alice Worthy, president.

Get well wishes are extended to Bobbie O'dell, Ruth Dodd, Solomon Sneed, Beth Dawson and Lucile Chatman.

Birthday wishes are extended to all who celebrated a birthday in the month of December. Especially to Dorothy Carthen, Lazar Walker, Peggy Wright Repress, Tyrone Weaver, Jr. Cherry Trayor, Shemika Speaks, Lakeitha Dixen, Dacassious Walker, Rev. Cliff Respress, Dana Leach, Tekeya Amos, Latravis Montgomery, Linda Wonnum, Lawanda King, Carlos Walker, Virginia Anderson and in memory of my sister, Virginia Searcy who would have celebrated her birthday on Dec. 14.
