Task Force makes 14 drug arrests in October, November

The Narcotics Task Force, made up of officers from the Upson County Sheriff’s Office, the Thomaston Police Department, the Barnesville Police Department, the Griffin Police Department, and the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office, released its drug arrests made in October and November.

October

Oct. 4: Cordero Montgomery was charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce during a drug investigation on MLK Drive in Upson County.

Oct. 9: Brandon Jack Scott was charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce during a drug investigation at the Colonial Motel in Upson County.

Oct. 12: Jaredd Tindel! was charged with Possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute and Possession of Schedule II Narcotics during a search warrant at his G Street residence in Upson County.

Oct. 15: Jimmy Gianton was charged with Manufacturing Marijuana, Possession of Meth and Possession of a firearm by a Convicted Felon after a search warrant at his Hendricks Church Road residence in Upson County.

Oct. 16: Harry Pennington was charged with 9 counts of Possession of firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Meth and Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce after a search warrant at his Turkey Creek Road residence in Upson County.

Oct. 31: Edward Roberts was charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine during a drug investigation on County Road in Upson County.

November

Nov. 5: Faye Nixon was charged with Possession of Schedule II Narcotics with intent to distribute during a drug investigation on Trice Cemetery Road in Upson County.

Nov. 6: Starla Ryals was charged with Possession of Schedule II Narcotics and Possession of Meth in Upson County.

Nov. 7: Steven Farmer was charged with Possession of Meth and Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce during a drug investigation on O Street in Upson County.

Nov. 7: Sharon Railey was charged with Possession of Meth and Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce during a drug investigation on O Street in Upson County.

Nov. 7: Kevin Edwards was charged with Possession of Meth and Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce during a drug investigation on O Street in Upson County.

Nov. 12: Cesley Blair Self was charged with Trafficking Crack Cocaine and Trafficking Powder Cocaine during a drug investigation on West Moores Crossing Road in Upson County.
