ULMS Knights escape Pike County with 45-37 victory

The ULMS Knights opened up their 2012-13 season with a 45-37 victory over the Pirates from Pike County Middle School. The Knights outscored the Pirates 17-9 in the fourth quarter to seal the victory. Tavias Fagan led the Knights with 16 points, while Kelsey Ausbrooks also reached double figures with 10 points. Raekwon Kings netted eight points, Clark Daniel scored six points, C.J. Barron and Quay Battle each tallied two points, while C.J. Carmichael chipped in with one point. Above, Kelsey Ausbrooks scores two of his 10 points with this jump shot over a Pirate defender.
