Red Ribbon Festival planned for Oct. 29

The Thomaston Housing Authority will celebrate the annual Red Ribbon Festival on Saturday,

Oct. 29, at the Triune Village Playground from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. There will be fun for the entire family! Games, fantastic prizes, great music, great food, helpful health and education information, plus brief inspirational comments by Elder Mike Baker, songs and dance, Judah Praise, and Kaptiv Rappers of New Life Church. There will also be free blood pressure checks by the Health Department, free balloons and free popcorn! Do plan to join us for this fun day. The pastor and members of the Mary Lizzie Baptist Church invite you to worship with them on Sunday, Oct. 23. Sunday school begins at 9:45 a.m., and morning worship and praise service begins at 10:45 a.m. Rev. Childs will bring the message. Your presence and your prayers will be appreciated.
