Two dates have been set for the pre-sale of the soon to be released book, “A History of R.E. Lee Football—-The Cavan and Perdue Years”. The book’s author, Jim Fowler will be available at American Pie Pizzeria on Tuesday, Nov. 27 from 5-7 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 1 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. to sell tickets for the book. The cost of the volume will be $51.95 and the target date for delivery will be the week of Dec. 10-16. Upon the book’s arrival, Fowler will again be available for a book pick-up and signing. A date for that appearance will be announced later. The soft-cover book will recount the history of Lee football from 1953-1991. It will contain 500-plus pages and include over 280 pictures. There will be a limited number of copies available, so interested parties should get their tickets soon.
