Constitution on September 17, 1787, students at Upson-Lee North Elementary held a re-enactment of the signing on Constitution Day, Monday, Sept. 17. They were assisted in the ceremony by Griffin Judicial Circuit District Attorney Scott Ballard and Upson County Commission Chairman Maurice Raines.
