More than 160 students received diplomas recently during the first ever fall semester graduation ceremonies held at Gordon State College.
Addressing the graduates was Sherman Day, former Interim President of Gordon College and University System of Georgia Administrator. Day told the graduates to “conquer any fears” they may have and that “Gordon has put you on the road to success.”

Friday’s grads included the mother and son team of Rhonda Vanosdale and Colton Vanosdale of Upson County.
