Angela Bozeman of Thomaston won the $1 million top prize playing a scratch off game from the Georgia Lottery. Bozeman had stopped at Southside Grocery, located on Indian Trail Road for gas and decided to try her luck with the $1,000,000 Gold Rush. After scratching off the ticket at home, she realized she had won $1 million. Bozeman stated she plans to pay off some bills and buy her teenage daughter a car with her winnings. She is pictured receiving her ‘big check’ from the Georgia Lottery on Wednesday afternoon, surrounded by her family.
